Privacy policy
Last updated 4 November 2026
This policy explains how Enscient handles personal data on TripHunt: the website triphunt.travel and the apps TripHunt Desk and TripHunt Admin. We collect as little as we need, never sell personal data, and don’t use it to train AI models.
1. Travellers on the website
You can browse and search TripHunt without an account. We don’t ask for your name, phone number or email. Your language choice, saved tours and comparison list are kept in your own browser.
When you tap “Message on WhatsApp”, WhatsApp opens a chat with the operator. That conversation, and anything you share in it, is between you and the operator under WhatsApp’s and the operator’s own privacy terms; TripHunt doesn’t see it.
Our servers keep limited technical logs (such as the address a request came from and the page requested) for security and troubleshooting. They are size-limited and overwritten automatically.
2. Tour operators and their teams (TripHunt Desk)
We process:
- Account details: name, email and sign-in information.
- Workspace details: business name, contact phone and WhatsApp number, address, companies and branches, team members and their roles.
- Tours and their photos, which you choose to publish; published tours, your business name, city, logo and WhatsApp number are shown publicly.
- An activity log of changes made in your workspace, so owners can see who did what.
- Conversations with the AI assistant and AI credit usage.
We use this to run your workspace, review your listings, show your published tours, send you service emails (approvals, invitations, listing decisions) and keep TripHunt secure.
3. AI processing
When you use an AI feature, the relevant text (for example your message or a tour’s details) is sent to an AI model provider through OpenRouter to produce the answer. We only use providers that, under OpenRouter’s settings, don’t collect this data or use it for training. AI assistant conversations are kept for 90 days after their last message, and you can delete them sooner.
4. Where data is kept and who processes it
- Hosting and database: Hetzner, in a data centre in Singapore.
- Files (photos, logos, documents) and encrypted backups: Cloudflare R2.
- Email delivery: Mailtrap, only to send service emails.
- AI models: through OpenRouter, as described above.
5. How long we keep data
Workspace data is kept while the workspace is active. When a workspace is closed, its data is kept for 90 days and then deleted. Encrypted backups are kept for 30 days. Technical logs are overwritten automatically as they fill up.
6. Your choices
You can see and correct most of your data in TripHunt Desk. To get a copy of your data, close your workspace or ask us to delete personal data, write to support@triphunt.travel. We will answer within 30 days.
7. Cookies
TripHunt Desk and TripHunt Admin use cookies and browser storage only to keep you signed in. The website uses one cookie to remember your language, and browser storage for your saved tours and comparison list. We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies.
8. Changes
We will show the date of the latest version here and tell operators about important changes in advance.
