1. 1. What TripHunt is

   TripHunt is a marketplace: it shows group tours run by independent tour operators and helps travellers contact them. TripHunt is not a tour operator or travel agent and is not a party to any booking. Each tour is offered, run and sold by the operator named on its page.

   Today, travellers book and pay the operator directly (for example over WhatsApp). TripHunt does not take payments.

2. 2. For travellers

   • Tour details, prices, dates and seats are provided by the operator. Confirm them with the operator before you pay.
   • Your booking, payment, refunds and the trip itself are between you and the operator, under the operator’s terms and cancellation policy shown on the tour page.
   • If something goes wrong with an operator, tell us at support@triphunt.travel. We may remove operators or tours that break these terms, but we can’t resolve payment disputes for you.
   • Travel involves risks (weather, roads, water, altitude, local rules). Follow the operator’s instructions and decide for yourself whether a trip suits you.

3. 3. For tour operators

   • You need a TripHunt Desk workspace, which we approve at our discretion. You must be allowed to run tours in Bangladesh and hold the licences your business needs.
   • Keep your tours accurate and up to date: itinerary, what’s included, prices, dates, seats, policies and photos. Only publish tours you will actually run.
   • You are responsible for your tours, your staff and contractors, travellers’ safety, bookings, payments, refunds and complaints.
   • Only upload photos and text you have the right to use. You let TripHunt show, adapt (for example resize or translate) and promote your listings on TripHunt and in its marketing while they are published.
   • Each tour is reviewed before it appears on TripHunt. We may refuse, hide or take down a listing, and suspend a workspace, if it is inaccurate, unsafe, illegal or harms travellers, with a reason where we can give one.
   • Don’t misuse TripHunt Desk: no spam, no attempts to access other workspaces, no automated scraping, no misleading content.

   TripHunt Desk is free during the pilot. We will tell you before introducing any fees, and they will only apply after you agree to them.

4. 4. AI features

   TripHunt Desk offers AI help (an assistant, writing and translating tour texts) paid for with AI credits included with your workspace. AI can make mistakes: read and correct what it writes before you save or publish it. You remain responsible for your listings. See the privacy policy for how AI processing works.

5. 5. Accounts

   Keep your sign-in details safe and tell us at support@triphunt.travel if you think someone else is using your account. Workspace owners decide who joins their workspace and what each member may do.

6. 6. Liability

   TripHunt is provided as it is during the pilot, and we don’t promise it will always be available or error-free. As far as the law allows, Enscient is not liable for tours, bookings, payments or anything an operator or traveller does, or for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

7. 7. Changes and contact

   We may update these terms; we will show the date of the latest version here and tell operators about important changes in advance. These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and disputes go to the courts of Dhaka. Write to support@triphunt.travel with any questions.
